Developing For The City
of Nashville

Hotel Expanding in downtown Nashville, TN

The Hampton Inn & Suites in Nashville, TN is the latest development that Mike Modi has been involved with. It's a 10-minute walk to Ryman Auditorium (home of Grand Ole Opry shows), the Johnny Cash Museum, and live music and nightlife on Broadway. Titans pro football is a mile away, and Vanderbilt University is two miles west. Enjoy free hot breakfast and free WiFi.

This hotel is the second-largest amount ever paid for a Nashville hotel, according to recorded research. The only hotel that has commanded a higher price is the historic luxury Union Station Hotel. The stunning price underscored a reality that, for now, still holds true: Demand from tourists, business travelers and convention attendees easily outpaces the supply of hotel rooms in the market, enabling hotel owners to push room rates to all-time highs in Nashville.

The six-story Hampton Inn & Suites, in SoBro, opened in 2007 — six years before the massive Music City Center convention facility opened one block away, a landmark event that dovetailed with Nashville's ascendant national profile and "It City" status. Today, SoBro remains the epicenter of Nashville's real estate boom and blitz of construction, much of which now consists of competing hotels.

Did you know...Nashville has been named a Safe Travels destination by the World Travel & Tourism Council, making it one of only two destinations in the United States to achieve the designation? The Safe Travels stamp is the world’s first ever global safety and hygiene stamp for the travel and tourism industry.

Good to Go is Music City's hospitality safety program to help Nashville residents and visitors easily identify businesses in every industry that are committed to your health and safety. When you're ready to rock, Music City is Good to Go.
